Hieff Unicon^TM TaqMan Multiplex qPCR Master Mix (UDG plus) is a fluorescent quantitative premix that uses the company's next-generation antibody method to hot-start Taq DNA Polymerase. The 2× Mix premixed reagent contains the reaction buffer and enzyme mix, already contains Mg2 + and dNTPs, etc., and adds factors that effectively inhibit non-specific PCR amplification and improve the amplification efficiency of multiplex qPCR reactions, which can ensure primer efficiency while performing up to four reactions. This product contains UDG, which can effectively prevent the risk of aerosol contamination.
